A: We accept T/T or L/C.
Q: How do I know my order was accepted?
A: We'll email or fax you the Sales Confirmation in 24 hours when we received your order sheet whatever via e-mail or fax. We will also send you the proforma invoice along with the order confirmation. The delivery date/Payment terms agreement/Quality reference /Our Model number/Material/Packing detail/Volume etc will be marked in the proforma invoice. When we received the confirmation of the performa invoice, we will start the production then. This might take some hours or a day long for the double checking. But we would like to expend a little bit time and energy to make sure everything is correct at the never beginning to avoid any potential confusion even mistakes.
Q: What's the lead-time for my order?
A: That's depends on the quantity, the style and the packing of your order, we usually produce
about fifteen thousands monthly when we start production if we have produced the items before..
Should you have special requirement on style and packing for your goods, the lead-time will be little longer. Anyway, we will assay upon your order and mark in the Performa invoice

Introduction:1,The prices are based on Ningbo China. You should let us know your air or ocean forwarder's info when or right after you order is confirmed so that we can arrange the shipping accordingly.
2, The minimum order quantity
Actually, we are not intending to be tough to ask you the minim quantity. The question is some of our raw material suppliers have the problem if the qty is getting less or smaller. So, basically, we have to request 1,000 pcs / item. This will make things going easily. You can order a combination in different items, otherwise. We suggest at least US$10,000.00 per shipment to make the shipping economical.
3.Customized logos,
You can use the options: silk-printing, Heat-Stamping, Laser and so on.
4, The delivery leading time is about 30-45 days after confirmation of order. If new material, your logo design or inner box/labels are involved, this process may take longer.
5,Sample Availability.
- 5.1 We can provide samples. We can also supply as per customer specific design and styles. The perfect blend of materials and workmanship is what we demand in each of our products.
- 5.2 Ask Sales to provide you the Free Sample Policy.
6, Preferable terms can be given only to long-term and stable buyers.

If any products you received with defective products whatever in manufacturing or shipping process that's different from the approval samples, or If you are unsatisfied with any of the goods with the suitable reasons, You can provide us the documents proof to make the return we will gladly take back the items and refund you the original purchase price
